Fall Festival

The Fall Festival began in October of 2012 as a community wide event at our Camp Cumberland Pines. The event is open to the public and fun for the whole family. There is food, games, inflatables, crafts, shoes, coats, socks, and books.

NEW: Admission is $1/per person or 1 canned good per person

When: Saturday, October 28th, 2017

Where: Camp Cumberland Pines

Time: 10 a.m. – 2 p.m.

Shoe distribution begins @ 9:30

In submitting this request form, you have read and will accept the conditions explained in the covenant form and agreement. This includes general rules, guidelines and instructions.

This document serves as an agreement between the listed party and Mountain T.O.P. at the following specified event. This agreement must be updated on an annual basis. Mountain T.O.P has the right to terminate this agreement if the vendor demonstrates or displays products of behavior in conflict with the Christian morals and ethics.

Set up Time/ Tear Down Time : Set up of the display can occur between 1:00pm – 4:00pm on Friday or 8:00am-9:00am on Saturday; Tear down can occur at 2:00pm on Saturday or at completion of Fall Festival.

Housing and Food: The vendors will be offered lunch from Mountain T.O.P. up to 3 volunteers per organization.

Finalization of Agreement: The vendor agrees to pay for any damages to the facility or equipment that might result from their display or actions of persons representing the vendor at the event.

The Covenant

To insure the safety of all, to facilitate our time together and to adequately care for the facility, it is necessary for all of us to agree to observe certain general rules and guidelines. All persons registered as participants should abide by the following rules:

1. It is expected that all attendees will fund/setup/run their booths. Booth operation is from 10am-2pm on Saturday, October 28th.

2. Use of alcohol and tobacco is not permitted at the Fall Festival. Use of tobacco is permitted in designated smoking areas.

3. Weapons, illegal substances, explosives, fireworks, or other dangerous materials are not permitted at our camp.

4. Each person will be responsible for the care and proper use of all equipment and property at the event. Each person will respect the property of other people.

This covenant is an affirmation of our concern for the well-being of the total community.
