- Please note: If you cancel after September 14th, 2018, you are financially obligated to pay 80% of the balance due.
- Fees cover all meals, lodging, material and staffing fees.
- The deposit is applied to your first payment. It is nonrefundable.
- You can still apply leading up to each weekend, however, for planning purposes, we need to know ASAP.
- Once we receive your registration and deposit, we will conﬁrm your week through email. Please let us know if email is not the preferable way to contact you.
